一、用處：
   Application
本產(chǎn)品廣泛適用于化工和石油化學(xué)工業(yè)中等有爆炸性環(huán)境的自動化操控系統(tǒng)，監(jiān)控回路及維護(hù)線路等各種本安電路中作為弱小信號的傳輸用線；該產(chǎn)品除具有散布參數(shù)小的特色外，還采用了加強(qiáng)屏蔽層，使其具有優(yōu)秀的抗外界電磁場攪擾，抗射頻攪擾等功能。
The cable, which is used to transmit weak signals in all kinds of intrinsic safety circuits, is widely used in automatic control system with exploding danger, supervising and controlling circuit and protective circuit etc. of chemical and petrochemical industries. The cable is not only characterized with small distributed parameters, but also adopts strengthening shielding layer so that it has excellent resistance to external electromagnetic interference and radio frequency interference.

ZR-ia-KVPVP	阻燃聚氯乙烯絕緣，聚氯乙烯護(hù)套，分屏蔽和總屏蔽本安型操控電纜 Intrinsic safety type control cable with flame resistance PVC insulation, PVC sheath, Individual and General shielding

1、本產(chǎn)品可采用銅/鋁復(fù)合膜繞包屏蔽，類型中的P是銅復(fù)合膜以P2表明，是鋁復(fù)合膜以P3表明；
The cable can use copper/aluminum compound film wrapping shielding. P2 stands for copper compound film while P3 for aluminum compound film in cable type.
2、可依據(jù)需求出產(chǎn)鋼帶鎧裝本安型信號操控電纜，需在類型右下角加注代號“22”，如ia-KYPVP22;
Intrinsic safety type signal control cable with steel tape armoring can be produced according to customer’s requirements. No. “22” shall be added to the lower right corner of type, eg. ia-KYPVP22
3、如需A級阻燃，應(yīng)在ia之前注明ZRA。如ZRA-ia-KYPVP；
ZRA shall be added before “ia” if “A” degree flame resistance is needed. Eg. ZRA-ia-KYPVP
4、如需耐溫105℃時應(yīng)在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)前注明105；耐70℃的可省掉；
No. 105 shall be stated in the specification suppose 105℃ temperature resistance is needed. But 70℃ temperature resistance can be omitted.
5、出產(chǎn)規(guī)模1-24對。
例：銅芯R類結(jié)構(gòu)，聚乙烯絕緣，二線組聚氯乙烯護(hù)套，有分屏蔽和總屏蔽10對1.0mm2表明為：
   Producing range 1-24 pairs.
   Eg.  ia-KYPVPR-10*2*1.0mm2 stands for R structure with copper core, PE insulation, two-wire group PVC sheath, individual and general shielding, 10 pairs, and 1.0mm2 cross section of conductor.

電纜交貨長度不小于100米，依據(jù)兩邊協(xié)議答應(yīng)任何長度的電纜交貨。
